Graigue Ballycallan GAA Club

The Ging Family are heavily involved in GAA locally, both at a playing level, and as participants in Scor. Ballykeefe Distillery have proudly come on board for a three year period as main sponsors of the senior teams at Graigue Ballycallan GAA Club.

The Club’s new jersey, which was designed by a group of players in conjunction with Ballykeefe Distillery has the Freephone Number for The Samaritans on the back of the jersey. Club Chairman Dave O’Neill paid tribute to the players and Ballykeefe Distillery whose idea this was for their progressive decision ‘to begin a partnership to promote mental health issues within the parish and the wider GAA community throughout Kilkenny’.

2018 is proving to be a stellar season for Graigue-Ballycallan GAA Club. The whole panel of players along with the management team who worked so hard over the past 12 months are now reaping the rewards, becoming Kilkenny Intermediate Hurling Champions in October 2018 and also lifting the Leinster IHC crown in December 2018.

Graigue Ballycallan GAA Club celebrates a milestone in the club’s history in 2019 as the club celebrates it’s 50 year celebrations, and with an All Ireland Semi Final on 19th January 2019 also on the cards, 2019 may well prove to be another memorable year for the club.
