Handcrafted and vapour infused in an Italian copper pot still, the 12 botanicals include three rare oriental peppers, handpicked in the remote mountain regions of Vietnam and Cambodia. Winner of Gold at the USA Spirit Ratings 2019, it is a perfectly balanced London Dry Gin whose flavour requires no garnish. Its name honours the renowned, Ellen Cuffe, Countess of Desart, an exceptional politician and philanthropist in early 20th century Ireland. Ballykeefe Distillery is proudly located on her former estate.
