Based on Ballykeefe’s multiple award-winning Extra Dry Irish Gin, it is fermented for seven months in the fruit of the blackthorns which give it a special flavour and colour. A Gold Medal Winner at the 2019 World Liqueur Awards, this is an exceptionally versatile spirit which which can be served neat and warm in winter or served over ice in summer.
