Description
This exciting and sophisticated spirit is characterised by subtle notes of cinnamon, cloves, ginger and star anise. Malting barley, sown, grown and harvested on our family farm, is distilled in Italian copper pot stills and then blended with Ballykeefe deep well limestone water to produce the multiple award-winning Ballykeefe unaged Whiskey. This unaged Whiskey is then transformed with the addition of oriental spices to become a very special Irish Moonshine, which has become a favourite among mixologists.
